What You'll Get: Starting salary: £29,000-£32,000 Year 1 earnings: £35,000-£42,000 Uncapped commission from day one 35 days annual leave, with shorter hours (4.5 hours) during school holidays All-expenses-paid global trips and regular team socials Free breakfast every morning, Friday drinks, and well-being perks Clear progression path, with many of our senior leaders starting in this very role What You'll Do: Interview and support candidates for education roles across London Create professional CVs and help market candidates to schools Work closely with your sales team to increase placements Hit weekly goals and earn commission along the way Ongoing Training & Support: Through the Impact Academy, you'll get hands-on coaching in: Candidate sourcing Business development Safeguarding Negotiation and more Your Future at Tradewind: After year one, you'll join a Sales Desk and continue progressing with advanced training and mentorship.
