Job Description
This is a remote-based role with regular travel in London (3–4 days per week) and the option to work from our clients London office if you prefer a hybrid environment. Responsibilities: Drive Quality and Compliance * Champion continuous improvement aligned with the Education Inspection Framework * Use quality assurance tools (e.g. e-portfolios, learner data) to identify gaps and underperformance * Work closely with Area Managers and other departments to ensure delivery consistency Maximise Learning Impact * Design and run upskilling workshops, coaching interventions, and risk-based training sessions * Collaborate with employers during site visits to monitor the quality of apprenticeship delivery * Keep up to date with sector trends and innovation in digital and in-person learning strategies Coach and Develop Vocational Trainers * Deliver face-to-face and remote coaching, mentoring, and teaching support * Identify trainer development needs and build tailored training plans * Support trainers through structured induction, CPD, and qualifications (e.g. TAQA, Learning and Skills Mentor) * Conduct regular teaching observations, giving actionable feedback to improve learner outcomes About You: * Experience in hospitality apprenticeship delivery, vocational training, or quality assurance * Minimum Level 3 teaching qualification (e.g. Award in Education and Training) * Ideally, a Level 4 TAQA qualification (or willing to work towards – we’ll support you!) * Located for regular travel in and around London * A strong coach and mentor, with a passion for developing others * Coaching qualification (desirable) Package: * Starting salary from £30,000 + tax-free bonuses if company targets are met * £3,500 London Weighting if you live in a London Borough * Option to work from the London office * 25 days’ annual leave + bank holidays + your birthday off * Buy/sell up to 5 additional leave days * Healthcare cash plan, dental cover & 24/7 GP access * Enhanced sick pay and life insurance * Mileage and travel expenses reimbursed
