Role: Key Account Manager Location: London Salary: Up to £85,000 + £8,000 Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits A leading European manufacturer of professional lighting solutions is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to drive business growth and manage major client relationships across the London region. This is a high-impact role for someone with strong industry knowledge, proven sales success, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions in a technically consultative sales environment. Role Responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients, including contractors, consultants, specifiers, and end-users. Identify and convert new business opportunities across commercial and public sector markets. Lead project-based sales from concept through to delivery, ensuring technical alignment. Represent the business in client meetings, tenders, and site visits across the London area. Achieve and exceed revenue targets and strategic growth objectives. Ideal Candidate Profile: Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, technical sales, or key account management. A track record of exceeding annual revenue targets in lighting, electrical, or building services sectors. Skilled in managing high-value sales pipelines and long sales cycles. Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and technical decision-makers. Experience with smart control systems (e.g. DALI, DALI2, Zigbee) highly desirable.
