Position: Project Manager Sector: ICP / High Voltage / Renewables Location: UK-wide travel (with base location flexible) Salary: £50,000 to £75,000 per annum Benefits: Excellent in-house package, full details shared during initial call Overview: We’re working with a well-structured and ambitious ICP contractor entering a major growth phase. They’re about to launch a new 132kV project and have clear plans to become a full turnkey EPC and ICP. As part of this expansion, they’re looking to make 10–15 key hires this year — not just to fill roles, but to bring in professionals who want to help shape the future of the business. The Opportunity: This Project Manager role puts you at the centre of that growth, giving you the chance to help define delivery standards, team structure, and project strategy. You’ll have real visibility across the business and genuine influence on how it scales. Key Responsibilities: Deliver 132kV grid connection and infrastructure projects from concept to energisation Manage subcontractors, site teams, budgets, and programmes Lead on client and DNO/IDNO relationships Contribute to internal development of delivery processes and team building Uphold HSEQ standards across all projects Ideal Candidate: Proven experience delivering ICP or HV infrastructure projects (ideally 11kV–132kV) Strong background in grid connections, renewable energy, or civils/utilities Confident leading end-to-end project delivery and engaging with clients and stakeholders A proactive mindset — someone who wants to be part of a growing business, not just a job
