Transport Planner - Aberdeen - Up to £45,000 We're looking for an organised and detail-oriented Transport Coordinator to join our client in Aberdeen. This role involves managing road freight shipments (import and export) from start to finish, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and compliance with all relevant regulations. Job type: Permanent Days: Monday to Friday - 08:30-17:00 Salary: Up to £45,000 (DOE) Key Responsibilities: Coordinate domestic and international road shipments Provide competitive pricing and solutions to clients Liaise with internal and external stakeholders Prepare necessary transport documentation Monitor and update transport management systems Load planning and issue resolution Ensure compliance with safety, customs, and quality standardsRequirements: Experience in transport route planning for a freight forwarder/logistics company UK based with right to work (No sponsorship is on offer) Strong communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and good with numbers Computer literate Proactive and forward-thinking Experience in European and Domestic Road Freight (desirable) Knowledge of Dangerous Goods (desirable)WR Logistics are the #1 recruitment partner for all vacancies in the logistics industry.
