Job Description
Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator Location: London Hours: 8-5pm Mon-Fri Salary: £26,000-£28,000 Are you a hard working team plater with a passion for fashion and an understanding of warehouse operations? An established and fast-paced distribution centre is seeking a reliable and proactive Warehouse & Logistics coordinator to manage the flow of deliveries in and out of the site, support operational efficiency, and help maintain a high-performing working environment. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of all inbound and outbound deliveries Communicate delivery updates to internal teams and departments Liaise with couriers and logistics partners to coordinate collections and drop-offs Check all incoming deliveries for accuracy and condition, and ensure timely storage or distribution Report any damages, delivery issues, or failed shipments promptly Ensure outbound vans are loaded correctly and on schedule Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment Adhere to Health & Safety, Quality, Security, and Environmental standards at all timesWhat You'll Need: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting, ideally within FMCG A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to operational accuracy Clear, confident communication skills - both written and verbal Self-motivated with a proactive, common-sense approach to work Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other warehouse systems An understanding of Lean 5S or continuous improvement practices is desirable Solid knowledge of Health & Safety in a warehouse environment
