Job Description

Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Technologist role: • Develop comprehensive technical drawings, specifications, and 3D models using Revit and AutoCAD. • Work collaboratively with architects, consultants, and external stakeholders to create practical, buildable design solutions. • Lead and coordinate technical packages of work, ensuring compliance with building regulations and best conservation practice.  • Undertake site visits, surveys, and construction phase duties, supporting delivery of alterations and restorations on historic and residential buildings. Qualifications and Experience needed for this Senior Architectural Technologist role: • A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience, with CIAT membership. • Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, with strong understanding of UK building regulations and conservation standards. • Experience in detailing and the construction of traditional materials. • Excellent communication, coordination, and drawing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to sustainable, sensitive design.  • A full, clean driving license with access to a vehicle (essential due to project locations).
