Lead Developer – Python / SQL Alchemy Permanent | Remote (UK-based) | Up to £65,000 We’re working with an ambitious, mission-driven startup that’s redefining access to sustainable transport. Having built a solid prototype, they’re now focused on expanding the platform’s functionality and scaling the technology to support rapid growth. To help them achieve this, they’re looking for a Lead Developer with strong experience in Python and SQLAlchemy to join the team on a permanent basis. The Role: You’ll take technical ownership of the platform, helping to shape its architecture and guide future development. You’ll be responsible for building out new features, improving performance, and ensuring the product is scalable and robust. This is an opportunity to have a real impact — both on the product and the broader mission.
