Year 6 Teaching Assistant - Primary School - Tottenham - September Start An ambitious and supportive primary school in Tottenham is looking for a confident and skilled Year 6 Teaching Assistant to support learning from September 2025, with trials taking place before the end of term. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a school with a strong leadership team and a clear focus on pupil progress and wellbeing. The successful Teaching Assistant will work closely with the Year 6 teacher to support pupils with a range of learning needs, including one-to-one support for children with EHCPs, Autism, and SEMH. The Teaching Assistant will also help with pre-SATs revision groups, literacy and numeracy interventions, and classroom behaviour management. This role is ideal for a Teaching Assistant who: Has previous experience supporting upper KS2, especially Year 6 Has strong SEN knowledge and practical strategies for support Is confident leading small groups or 1:1 learning Is calm under pressure and flexible in a fast-paced classroom environment This Teaching Assistant post is full-time and long-term, with the potential to continue into the next academic year.
