1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant (Primary School) Location: Sale Start Date: September 2025 Contract: Full Academic Year Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:15am – 4:00pm An Outstanding primary school in Sale is seeking a dedicated and highly effective 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from September for the full academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive and successful 3-form entry primary school, recently rated Outstanding by Ofsted, where children aged 3–11 are nurtured and encouraged to thrive. The Role: * Working 1:1 with a range of SEN children across different year groups * Providing tailored support to meet individual learning and emotional needs * Collaborating closely with class teachers and the SENCO * Supporting children to access the curriculum and develop social skills * Promoting independence and positive behaviour About You: * Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting is highly desirable * Prior experience working 1:1 with children with SEN is a strong advantage * Confident and comfortable working with a range of additional needs * Passionate about inclusive education and helping all children succeed * A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills This is a rewarding role for someone who wants to make a real difference in children's lives, providing essential support to those who need it most.
