Job Description

Our client is looking for an experieneced Customer Service Exec to join their busy team. This position will be working in the office Monday to Friday  The Customer Care & Service Support Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering a seamless customer experience, acting as a key link between engineering, production, logistics, and commercial teams.  The role ensures effective coordination of machinery servicing and maintenance while also supporting customer service activities across Trade and Wholesale channels.  The postholder is responsible for handling service requests, scheduling engineers, managing spare parts and documentation, and ensuring service delivery meets agreed standards and timelines.   In parallel, they serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer queries and order processing, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless fulfilment and proactive communication.  The role also includes providing ad hoc cover for the Direct-to-Consumer  customer service function during periods of peak demand or staff absence. The postholder must demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills, be proactive in resolving issues, and contribute to improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
