Job Description

Building Surveyor required for a Consultancy based in London  £45,000 to £50,000 per year Role Purpose  Following the completion of a number of years following operating as a graduate surveyor, you will work under the direction of the Project Lead, you'll work as part of their team, assisting in the delivery of numerous projects of varying scale and complexity Requirements  Building Surveying degree or similar Professionally registered as a member with CIAT, RICS or similar Anticipated 1 years post-qualification experience gained within a UK-based construction type company with a tracker record in Health & Safety Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products Good working knowledge of Autodesk Revit (BIM Author requirements set out elsewhwere) Responsibilities  ensure projects are completed on budget and to schedule advise clients on schemes and projects and determine requirements prepare scheme designs with costings, programmes for completion of projects and specification of works organise documents for tender and advise on appointing contractors, designers and procurement routes determine the condition of existing buildings, identify and analyse defects, including proposals for repair advise on energy efficiency, environmental impact and sustainable construction PLEASE NOTE: All applications are monitored and shortlisted candidates will be contacted via phone call or email
