Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher looking for your next rewarding role? We are proud to be working in partnership with a highly respected special school in Bristol that caters to pupils aged 4 to 19 with a range of complex needs, including Autism, communication difficulties, and learning disabilities. Location: Bristol Start Date: September 2025 Contract Type: Full-time, long-term (Permanent) Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance (depending on experience) About the Role: As an SEN Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering a personalised, inclusive curriculum that meets the individual learning and developmental needs of your pupils. You’ll be supported by a strong team of TAs and senior leaders committed to fostering a nurturing and structured environment. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver tailored lessons based on EHCP targets Create a safe, stimulating classroom environment Support pupils with communication, sensory, and behavioural needs Work collaboratively with therapists, families, and wider school staff Maintain accurate records and contribute to review meetings About You: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) Proven experience working with children and young people with SEN Strong understanding of strategies to support pupils with Autism and complex needs Excellent communication and classroom management skills A nurturing, patient, and flexible approach Why Join This School?
