Customer Service & Sales Assistant - Electrical Company 🌟 📍 Location: Barking 🕒 Full-Time | Monday to Friday Are you organised, customer-focused, and ready to join a dynamic team in the electrical industry? We're looking for a Customer Service & Sales Assistant to support our operations and provide top-quality service to our customers and engineers. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity. Resolve complaints efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction. Deliver exceptional service in every interaction.Administrative Support: Process orders and monitor stock levels. Carry out general office duties to support the team. Liaise with overnight couriers and update customers accordingly.Call Handling: Answer calls from customers and engineers with confidence and courtesy. Process live quotations and advise on any shortages. Maintain accurate and timely communication.Compliance & Procedures: Follow all company policies and procedures. Uphold pricing accuracy, safety, and quality standards.Additional Duties: Process customer and supplier returns. Assist with other tasks as needed to support smooth operations.✅ What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organisation and time management. Confident using computer systems and software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in retail or a customer-facing role is desirable.
