Experienced Python Developer – Cambridge / Hybrid – £70–80k + Share Options Are you a Python Developer who thrives in an environment where you can take real ownership of your work and see its impact in the real world? We’re working with an award-winning Cambridge-based startup making global waves in the environmental tech space — and they’re growing. You’ll join a small, friendly, and highly capable team, working at the heart of their platform, developing and scaling a core web application used across multiple continents. This is a business that combines smart IoT hardware with clever algorithms to solve real-world problems — and your code will play a key role in how they deliver that. You’ll be given autonomy from day one, contributing to the direction of the product, working closely with stakeholders from across the business, and helping to refine priorities. There’s lots of variety, interesting challenges, and a chance to shape things technically as one of the early hires into the dev team.
