Resident Service Associate Location: Central London Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 per annum (depending on experience) Hours: Full-time, shift-based Contract Type: Permanent Hyperion Partners are delighted to be working on behalf of a prestigious client to recruit a polished and service-driven Resident Service Associate for a luxury residential development in Central London. The Role As a Resident Service Associate, you will play a central role in delivering a warm, welcoming, and responsive service to all residents and their guests. Acting as the go-to person for a variety of requests, you will be a visible and approachable presence in the building, supporting the wider concierge and operations team to ensure seamless day-to-day service delivery. Key Responsibilities Provide an outstanding, front-facing service to residents and visitors Handle a wide range of enquiries, requests, and minor maintenance issues with efficiency and professionalism Support the delivery of resident events, lifestyle services, and on-site amenities Manage and log parcels, post, and keys accurately and securely Monitor shared spaces, ensuring they remain clean, tidy, and welcoming Liaise with facilities and maintenance teams to report and follow up on building issues Uphold high levels of discretion and confidentiality at all times About You Experience in a residential, hospitality, or customer service environment is highly desirable Friendly, approachable, and confident in dealing with a wide range of people Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail A genuine passion for delivering outstanding service Able to remain calm under pressure and handle situations with diplomacy Presentable, professional, and comfortable working as part of a team Tech-savvy with basic IT skills; knowledge of property management systems is an advantage
