Job Title: Senior- Lead Ruby on Rails Developer (Backend Focused) Location: Preston (4-5 days in office) Salary: up to £75k including bonus Job Type: Full-time, 5 days a week About my client: They are a profitable and growing SaaS company in the workforce management space. Role Overview: Seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer with a backend focus. You’ll work with Ruby on Rails (Rails 7) and PostgreSQL. Flutter experience is a plus but not required. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Ruby on Rails applications. Mentor Junior Developers Lead and manage projects Tech Stack: Ruby on Rails (Rails 7) PostgreSQL Flutter (not required) What They Offer: £65k + 10-20% bonus Professional growth opportunities.
